Recipe to Make Shrimp Salsa


1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup diced fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons diced jalapeño pepper
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat grill to medium heat.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Grill shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque.
Serve salsa over grilled shrimp.
